Affiliate Disclosure
DevKit Central is editor-independent. Some links are affiliate links; we may earn a recurring commission if you subscribe. This never affects our verdicts.
What this means
If you click an affiliate link and later subscribe or buy, we may receive a recurring commission. The price you pay is the same as going direct. The commission funds independent editing — it does not buy a ranking.
Our rule
No tool can pay to change a score or earn a Red-list spot. If a verdict reads "our pick," it is because testing put it there, period.
Recurring, not one-off
We favor subscription tools on purpose: one reader's pick compounds into months of commission, which is what keeps this site editor-run rather than ad-run.
How to spot an affiliate link
Affiliate links on DevKit Central are marked with an [AFF] tag at the point of the call-to-action. Any link not so marked is a plain editorial reference. We don’t disguise affiliate links as ordinary text.
Conflicts of interest
If we hold a financial relationship with a tool beyond standard affiliate commission, we say so on the relevant page. Standard affiliate commission alone never alters a score.
